 -Father Robot-

Sam Garland is the co-creator and artist for "Father Robot".  He has always been drawn to the world of science fiction. His interest in armored astronauts, starships, killer robots, and the infinite depths of space have led him to his career in illustration. Sam recently received his MFA in illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He has worked and traveled all over the world, bringing comic books to life. Recently he has been breaking new ground in the world of motion comics with the publication Figments, which can be downloaded in the iTunes store.  Sam is the principle illustrator and co-founder of the Sequential Imagery Consortium, based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

George Zapata (artist) isn’t sure when his journey into comics began.  Since the beginning though he knew he had pencil and ink in his blood (it was a freak accident involving very little understanding of gravity and stairs). After honing his skills at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic art, he made his comic debut in the SIX anthology as penciller and inker of “The Altruist”.  Currently he is working on various projects from a wide range of genres.

Micki Zurcher (colorist) is a veteran to the industry. Among her many credits as a painter/background artist include “The Little Mermaid”, “Eight Crazy Nights”, “Cool World” and many other world-class animated films. Currently, she is actively involved in rescuing pugs.

Bernie Lee (letterer) currently works for Zenescope, Moonstone, IDW and Strika on various projects from superhero to horror and manga.  Apart from lettering, he’s also the pre-press guy at Moonstone.

Chris Thorne (cover artist & pin-ups) has done sketch cards for “The Walking Dead – season One,” “The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund (CBLDF),” and many others. His work for “The Thirty Six” represents his first foray into cover work.
